Hahahah! From what I understand there's not really a way to target a specific area of the body when it comes to fat. There's two things you can do:

1) Cardio- gets rid of fat all over the body, but your body decides where it gets rid of fat first. In my case for instance, it seems to have been my stomach.

2) Weight training- You could, theoretically, cause the muscle underneath to get bigger, thereby pushing the area 'higher' if that makes sense. But this is more applicable to people who are okay with gaining muscle mass than those who want to just get toned.

I'm so proud of you my buddy! Can you ask Trevor how to get rid of back fat? If it entails giving up TV dinners, I'm not doing it >:/

Anybody can be drop dead gorgeous with the right light, stylist and retouching. The fact that she looks this good in such a natural photo is pretty impressive. She's smart too! Love that.

I also give you my blessing.

I have mixed feelings on the apps in Facebook. While some are rather pointless and annoying to receive requests to, others are somewhat amusing, fun to interact with other users, and tolerable.

As with any social networking tool on the web, I think it's solely up to the user to control and moderate their account and what they put on it. (i.e. if you completely can't stand app requests, simply IGNORE and don't partake in them.)

An interesting follow-up article on BBC demonstrates security flaws in Facebook apps as well.
