Alright I don’t usually put much business minded material on the site, but I think this letter from Brad Garlington, one of Yahoo!’s head honchos out to the rest of the company, is amazingly effective and talks about what happens when companies begin to lose their edge, and how to ‘clean house’, so to speak.
